Intercon O Raffle

Wanna advertise to a large bunch of enthusiastic LARPers?

To anyone who owns a LARP related store or business, runs a LARP or LARP related events, or anyone involved with enterprise that might appeal to a geeky and/or gamer crowd:

As in previous years, I’m coordinating the raffle for Intercon O. Intercon is the all LARPing convention that takes place annually in late February/early March, in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This year we have over 400 enthusiastic LARPers attending our convention. Every year, we run a raffle to help support the following year’s convention, and donors who donate prizes to our raffle valued at $25 or over receive advertising space in our con booklet. We also put out the prizes right by the sign-in table for con-goers to peruse during the convention, and announce the source as each prize is handed out during closing ceremonies. We can also leave out flyers for con-goers to pick up if you like.

We commonly receive merchandise, such as costuming and accessories, LARP weapons, dice bags, books, tabletop games, and more, and/or gift certificates and vouchers as prizes. We frequently do exchanges with other conventions, so if you are on a convention staff and would like to exchange advertisement and memberships as raffle prizes, please contact me! Memberships to LARP events are also common prizes.

If you would like to donate merchandise, it can be shipped to us (contact me for an address) or sent with someone to the convention itself. Gift certificates and vouchers can be mailed to us, brought in, or emailed to us to print out for you.

Advertisements should be in black and white, of 300 dpi or higher resolution, and landscape-oriented. We prefer to have them by February 1st.

If this interests you or if you have any questions, please email me at info at o dot interconlarp dot org!
